Join the Organizing Team’s Phone & Text Banking Events to Defeat Anti-LGBTQ+ Bills
For the next several weeks, the SC United for Justice & Equality team will be all-hands-on-deck as we work to defeat a wave of discriminatory bills in the South Carolina Legislature – particularly H. 4624, the trans youth healthcare ban that would restrict care for some adults, too.
The best way to stop H. 4624 and other discriminatory bills – including those that target LGBTQ+ youth for discrimination and exclusion, censor curriculums in schools, and restrict legal rights for trans folks – is by calling our lawmakers directly and urging them to vote NO.
